* Tony bumped into someone while walking down the street. He offered them a charming smile, placed a hand on their shoulder. "Hey sorry about that. I should watch where I'm going." The boy winked, then turned and continued on his way.
* Kisa gets bumped by the boy. She turns around to confront him "Are you in a hurry or something?"
* Tony turned back at her words, smile returning to his face. He hadn't quite seen her face the first time, so his smile broadened before he replied. "Not at all. Why, do you want to get coffee or something?" He laughed, showing that he was only joking. "Seriously, though, you are very pretty."
‹Tony› If you don't mind me saying, that is. *He added after a moment. He didn't want to offend her.*
* Kisa looked at him a little confused. She had never heard that before. "Coffee." She said in response
*Tony paused for a moment. He hadn't been expecting her to say yes, but it was a nice surprise. Taggart smiled again as he stepped out of her way, holding his arm out, signalling for her to lead the way. "Your choice of place and I'm paying."
* Kisa nodded. She had not been in the city at all. Only maybe a week but in that week she had found a little cafe that was nice to hang out at. She turns and starts walking in the direction of the building it was in "This way"
* Tony followed after her. He checked his pockets to see if he had his card on him. He frowned when it turned out he didn't, but luckily had enough cash on him for at least the two of them. He watched the girl walk from behind, smiling to himself before he jogged to catch up with her. God, she's so hot. "So," he started once he was walking in pace with her. "what's your name, anyway?"
* Kisa walked on as he had catch up with her. He asked for her name. She looked at him from the corner of her eye. Should she give him her real name or just make something up. "Kisa"
‹Tony› "Kisa." He repeated with a nod and a smile. "Lovely name. Mine's Tory. You can call me Tory or Taggart. Or handsome, if you prefer." He winked at her again. He shoved his hands into the large pockets of his jeans and watched her silently for a moment. "What's a pretty girl like you doing around here?"
* Kisa thought for a moment. What was she doing here...She didn't even know really. She had woken up one day in the woods close to here with no idea how she had gotten her or really where here was. "I'm trying to learn some things."
*Tony tilted his head, narrowing his eyes at her. Not maliciously of course, he was just a bit curious about her. For someone so pretty, she appeared to be very reserved. "What kind of things, if you don't mind me asking?"
* Kisa shrugged a little . "I'm studying at the University at Solace. Just general stuff really."

Re: Coffee? (taggart)
‹Taggart› "University at Solace?" He hadn't heard of that one before. A lot of his clients attended HRW Uni, but he hadn't heard of this Solace place. He smiled towards her again, eyes dancing over her form before looking back at her face. "Not very talkative, are you Kisa?"
‹Kisa› "Well English is my second language. It takes me a moment to think of the right words." She smirked up at him
‹Taggart› "Oh," He blinked multiple times and hesitated before speaking again. That would certainly explain that. "Your English is amazing, I couldn't even tell." He was silent again, lips pulled into a thin line before he turned his body towards her, walking sideways. "Where are you from, then?"
‹Kisa› She giggled at him as he walked side ways. "I am from Norway, but I have been all over Europe." She looks him for a moment "Where are you from."
* Taggart laughed at that and looked around the surrounding area with a humorous grin before returning his brown gaze to Kisa. "You're from Norway and you decided that Harper Rock was the place to be?" His grin broadened, and he stood up straighter as he answered her. "Canadian born and raised. But I'm from Toronto, not here. The plus side to this place is it's cleaner."
‹Kisa› "Why would I not pick here?" She looked at him confused
* Taggart paused and frowned. He slowed his pace for just a moment as he thought. Truth be told, it was a pretty decent town, but the crime rate had risen over the passed couple of years and a lot of weird **** was happening lately. The military seemed to handle the whole mafia thing pretty well. "Well, it's just a pretty random City, I guess. Usually if people want to learn English or something they go to America, not Canada. New York, not... Harper Rock." He shrugged.
* Kisa slowed down as well. "Well I tried New York and the people are...how do you say...assholes?"
* Taggart laughed. "Yeah, you're right about that. We do have a reputation for being more hospitable, don't we." He gave her a lopsided grin, gaze lingering on her face for perhaps a second too long. She was so attractive, he couldn't help it. He tore his eyes away, hoping he didn't alarm her too much before he cleared his throat. "So, where is this place anyway?" He briefly wondered if she even knew. If she was forgein then she was probably unfamiliar with the city.
* Kisa was not very familiar with the city but she did know a few places and this was one of them. "It is right around this corner."
* Taggart nodded. He slipped into silence with her as they continued walking. The boy shuddered, the Canadian wind chill finally getting to him. He glanced in her direction, and suddenly realized that she may be freezing as well. "You cold?" He asked, with not much else to say.
* Paige slipped into the Groom Center to feed.
* Kisa had reached the cafe with Tory by the time she realized she was in fact cold. She nodded yes.
* Taggart was about to offer her his jacket, but that would have been a useless guesture. Instead, he just held open the cafe's door for her. "This place does have good ****." He said with another grin, as he glanced over his shoulder at the opposite side of the street. He watched the person enter the building with a small frown before turning his attention back to Kisa.
* Kisa slipped in and found a nice seat away from the door and took a seat "So you have been here before?"
‹ Taggart› "Only once or twice." He shrugged, taking a seat across from her. He forgot whether or not he was supposed to wait for a waitress, so for the moment he just awkwardly sat in his chair. "How often do you come here?"
* Kisa laughed "I have only been here for a week but I have been here almost every day."
‹Taggart› "You've only been here for a week?!" He nearly shouted, but caught himself and used his 'inside voice,' as they would tell him in school. "How long have you been learning English?"
‹Kisa› "Well English is my second language. It takes me a moment to think of the right words." She smirked up at him
