It makes no sense.
Mora scratched at her chin. It had been two week now since she had resurfaced. From whatever place she had vanished too. Her businesses had taken a hit -- she was still picking up the pieces. She had employee’s that never even showed up -- she crossed them off as fired, and sent them their respective emails. She was needing new staff, to help fill in those gaps.
Mora’s head ached, she still got headaches in waves trying to remember what happened when she was away. It bugged her that she could remember nothing -- a blank slate. Some people would consider it a blessing. Mora would, but she didn’t know what she had forgotten so it was a curse, she could have forgotten anything important.
A sigh escaped her lips then as Zara, her thrall came over and placed a hand on her shoulder.
”Mora?”
“Hmm?”
”Are you alright?!”
She shrugged.
“I’m trying to remember, but trying to remember makes me head ache.”
”Then let it come to you, stop trying to force it.”
“Maybe.” She said.
Zara was always right, she was much smarter than Sabra on so many levels. Mora nodded, and grabbed her jacket from it’s hook and walked out into the night. She needed to check the delivery of organic products she was due at Peppermint. She sighed as she played with the keys to the shop, jangling as she walked. Peppermint was in Wickbridge. Down in the 8th dimenion mall. It was the only residence available where she could set up shop.
