--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--
This RP took place in Aithne Asylum on Sunday 3rd November 2013.
‹Keara Aithne› Keara returns home to talk to Enver, his email had not explained the reason as to why they urgently needed to speak but it didn't really matter. He had asked her to meet him and so she went. Upon seeing him she held out her hand for him as was now their custom.

‹Enver_Marshall_› He comes in with his gun in his hand, some blood on his shirt and a strange look on his face. When he sees her, he clears his throat, then puts the gun down on the first surface he finds. "Look, I don't have." He stopped and looked at her hand, sighed, grabbed it with the one that was the least bloody and kissed it quick, before he got right to business. "I don't have a lot of time. You need to find Sara and help her. Keep her safe. She's in real bad shape." He took a step back in an attempt to compose himself, his eyes on her face.

‹Keara Aithne› As he took her hand it registered that he was covered in blood and it wasn't his, not the way it was splattered across him. What's worse was that he smelt like one of hers, so when he said she needed to find Sara she quickly realised that the blood he was wearing, for want of a better word, was that of her daughter's. "What did you do?" The words came out her mouth in an unfamiliar tone, as she half growled them. She trusted this man, invited him into her home and now here he was covered in Sara's blood telling her she was in bad shape and needed help.

‹Enver_Marshall_› Yeah. He expected this sort of reaction. In fact, he expected something a lot worse than this. Enver cleared his throat and ran a blood stained hand through his hair. "Nothing. The only thing I could do!" His gaze narrowed as he focsued on her face. "I saved her."

‹Keara Aithne› "Saved her? If saved her you did here she now would be. With you. Instead in here you come alone. And in her blood you are covered. Know that I do. Smell her I can. Ask again I shall. What did you do!" She was angry, her words unfamiliar in tone even to herself. She couldn't believe he would attack one of hers and yet the blood upon him suggested otherwise.

‹Enver_Marshall_› "I shot her in her leg, alright? I shot her because I was trying to help her." It didn't make any sense, what he was saying and he knew it. "Look, just calm down." He ran a hand through his hair. "I wouldn't do it if I had another choice, Keara."

‹Keara Aithne› "Shot her! My childe? My Sara? Enver!" she growled and advanced towards him, gabbing him by the t-shirt, her hands gripping either side of the word 'Clippers.' Using all her strength, she then shoved him backwards so that his back was up against the door of the asylum. "Choice have we always. Why? What I now know. Now why I like to know would. Know I do not how shooting her does save."

‹Enver_Marshall_› And there it was. The reaction he was waiting for. "Yeah, I shot your Sara. If I hadn't done it, someone else would have. Someone else would have killed her." He growled at her, as a hand grabbed at one of hers to start to pry her from his shirt. "So yeah, I shot her alright. But she's not dead, which is why I'm here. You've got to take care of her. Like you did for me that one time."

‹Keara Aithne When he grabbed her hand she recoiled, pulled back and turned around so that her back was to him. She was angrier than she ever remembered being with anyone this side of the divide and so in one swift, fluid movement, she turned back around to face him and smacked him hard across the face with an open hand. "Take care of her of course I shall. Unlike you perhaps I her can restrain. But explained to me you have not why?!" She wasn't going to let him get away without giving her an explanation she could understand. Fine so he shot her to help her but without knowing how that helped she couldn't accept it even though she knew he wasn't lying to her.

‹Enver_Marshall_› He had thought she had calmed down when she released him, even if it probably wasn't by choice. He took a few breaths in to collect himself, but that was short lived when he felt and heard the sting of her slap. "What in the hell?" He stepped forward as she started talking. "Why? You want to know why? Because she's yours. That's why. If it was someone else I wouldn't have done it, unless it was someone in Fifth or my own. That's why. She had a bounty. You know what happens to people who have bounties, Keara." He felt his temper flaring, not understanding how she thought he would want to shoot her kiddo. "I wasn't going to let her die, alright? She doesn't have to die to fix her bounty problems. Go online and see for yourself." He scowled at her, a hand going to his cheek.

‹Keara Aithne› She stormed away from him again,. flexing her fingers. She didn't understand what he was telling her. 'Go online. Yes because the internet holds all the answers,' she thought to herself, rolling her eyes as she did so. She assumed he meant she had to go and read the public crownet boards but she could spend weeks in there catching up and all she'd learn was that the city was full of vampires she'd likely never want to meet. Turning to face him once more, she gritting her teeth and clenching her fists, her nails digging into her palms to try and help her regain control and calm down. "Online I do not wish to go. You the answer have Enver. If knew you did that die she did not have to. Explain it please!" The tone in her voice had turned to one of desperation and she wanted desperately to understand his actions. More than that though she needed to understand them quickly, as she had to now go out and find Sara.

‹Enver_Marshall_› "Like I was trying to say," He started out, following after her, still rubbing at his cheek. "I'm not going to talk to your god damn back." He sneered before he was in front of her in a quick blur, making her look at him. "She had a bounty. I had a bounty. I got a friend to tell me we could trick the crow, or the system if she brought me near death. It worked, she told me my bounty disappeared. I did the same thing to another friend last week or so. Her bounty vanished when I almost killed her. Sara is still alive. Barely, but her bounty is gone. Look for your god damn self." He pulled out his phone, pulled open the bounty application and pushed it close to her face. "I saved her from being killed, along with some of my friends."

‹Keara Aithne› She slapped the phone away from her face. "Suppose urgency a factor was?" Her nails broke through the surface of her skin and growled with pain. "Tell me you could not before find and beat my child you did. Think perhaps you did that I unimportant was. That as her sire no say had I in her future?" The despair was still evident in her voice as she now began to wonder if she had failed Sara, if she should have been there with her, bringing her pray to kill so that she could get her bounty down before this was necessary. Sara was still yet to explain how she acquired the bounty and Keara had been happy to put that conversation off until after her childe was out of danger. Now that time had come and she likely wouldn't get any answers for a week or so.

‹Enver_Marshall_› "Of course it's a factor!" He snarled as his phone went somewhere to the side of them, the male not giving a rip about it. "Would you have liked us to let her sit there, in the open, to be killed?" Enver stepped forward and grabbed both her hands. "Yeah, I thought about contacting you. Didn't think you wanted to beat the ever loving **** out of what was yours. Wasn't a blast beating the hell out of a friend a week or so ago." He was beyond inferiorated with her. From slapping him, probably breaking his phone and now hurting herself, the male gave her a shake to clear her mind. "My friends and I did what we could. I'm not going to explain myself any further, because I can't. Truth is, she would have been killed. I'm sorry if you preferred that to happen, but I don't. We don't have to kill people to get them off the bounty list. Take what you want with that and do what you want with it." He let go of her and went to collect his phone.

‹Keara Aithne› "Never presume my thoughts to know!" The anger she felt about it all was coming back to the surface and when he turned his back on her she really lost control. Without thinking she grabbed him in the only place she could reach at that moment in time, the back of his jeans. With one hand, she slipped her fingers inside the waistband and pulled him back with enough force to have him falling on his ***. Once he was on the floor, she straddled him and sat on his chest, looking down on him, the hurt and anger clear in her eyes. "Take I will what clearly explained to me is. Your hostility in this the news for me does not temper. If explanation I wish. Explain you should. Only polite that is."

‹Enver_Marshall_› He was on his *** before he knew what was going on and then he couldn't help it. "If you wanted to be on top, why not say so?" He grinned up at her, before he pushed a hand out in an attempt to knock her off him. "I already explained everything. Sara had a bounty. She would have died, had my friends and I not helped her get off the list. We tricked the crow in to thinking she was dead, because she's more or less a bumbling idiot like I expect I was that one time. I'm here to tell you that she's in bad shape because we are friends and because that is what friends do. If there was some other way I would have done it, but there isn't. It's death or what we did." He rolled away from her. "I'm sorry, alright?"

‹Keara Aithne› When he pushed her off of him she was less than impressed. She wanted him where she could see him so that she could understand his words better. He had a way of talking at times that confused her and for all his words, she couldn't help but feel that he was leaving something out as he seemed evasive somehow. She sat on the floor for a few minutes without saying a word, She was shaking slightly now but his words were starting to make an odd kind of sense, a part from the thing about crow but it hardly seemed the time to argue that. "For what are you sorry? Me not telling? Time you had with others her demise to plot." She crossed her legs and let her head hang low. 'Why do I always hear about these things too late?' she wondered.

‹Enver_Marshall_› "I didn't plot her god damn demise." He seethed as a fist went to the floor her sat on, out of frustration. "I was called in after there had been plots made and did what was needed to be done. To keep her from her demise." He reminded her. "I'm sorry for having to hurt her and yeah, I'm sorry for not telling you too." He removed the first from the floor of her house so he could pull out a cigar and try to work on it. "And I'm not sorry at the same time. It's not easy doing what had to be done, Keara."

‹Keara Aithne› She felt useless. Enver had come to her and told her something difficult and she'd attacked him for it. He'd been there to help Sara and she did believe that, even if she had been angry for the way he came in and stated it. Still, she was hardly one to judge the phrasing of another person’s words as she could hardly find the right way to phrase things herself on a daily basis. She looked at her hands realising that they were still bleeding in places and without thinking she shook them out, the black substance hanging in the air for a moment before is seemingly evaporated. She never tired of the way she bled, it was almost fun to watch; if she wasn't surrounded by humans that was, and at that moment in time she needed something to distract her.

‹Enver_Marshall_› Great. Silent treatment. He hated when women did that ****. He knew he had to be careful on what he said, how he said it and anything he might do, physically. He saw the wisps of shadows linger in the air and sighed. "Why do you do that? I've noticed it, you know?" He cleared his throat. "Want to go get Sara? I'm sure she'd love to see you and needs you. You're her sire."

‹Keara Aithne› She looked to him confused by what he meant, what had he noticed? "If like you she is then know me she will not. Get her I shall when ready I am. Know I do that Deanna already searching for her will be." She wiped her blood down her bare legs and watched it evaporate from her skin. "Noticed what you have?"

‹Enver_Marshall_› "That you're always hurting yourself." He muttered quietly as he crossed his legs and sat 'Indian Style.' "Not always, but a lot."

‹Keara Aithne› "Watch me you can and not the answer to that already know?" she asked getting to her feet. "Control. Focus. Clarity." She walked over to him and knelt on the floor before him. "Pain me does help in many things. Strong is that feeling. Overcomes it does most others." She pressed her hands onto her knees, as she waited for the wounds to stop bleedng, not that they were bleeding much any more.

‹Enver_Marshall_› It made sense, sort of. He nodded his head and had to swallow down another cheeky remark because it wasn't the time or place. "Is that a new thing, or something you've always done?" His eyes moved down to her hands.

‹Keara Aithne› "New and old," she replied honestly. "Rarely need I that to do. More of late, though know not why. Enver...Sorry I am that hurt you I did. Know I do that you the right thing did. Both in my childe to harm and in my to my face to tell."

‹Enver_Marshall_› "Don't worry about it." He shrugged his shoulders, then grinned. "Besides, it wasn't all that bad." He winked at her. "You don't look half bad on top." Enver chuckled, then stood and offered her a hand up. "I can give her some heals later, once you find Sara and bring her back to some place safe. If you want."

‹Keara Aithne› She reached out and took his hand so that he could help her to her feet, not really understanding his comment about being on top of him and putting it down to the fact that she had to touch him to do it. "Grateful I would be for any assistance you give can. Though...River must you now be missing. Go shower you should," she pointed to the elevator. "Try I shall my Sara home to summon."

‹Enver_Marshall_› "I'll have my secretary swing by and help her out. Keep an eye on her too." He nodded his head, then looked at the elevator. "Probably not." He commented about River idly. "She's probably still sleeping." He followed up his thoughts to clarify them. "But yeah, probably a good idea." He looked down at his red stained hands, then back at her before he headed for the elevator. "Just find Sara and keep her somewhere safe." He disappeared behind the closing of the elevator doors a few seconds later, his thoughts on what had happened running through his mind as he went to clean up before returning back to River to do his "Slave work."

‹Keara Aithne› Keara watched him get into the elevator and went to go wash her hands in the bathroom, making sure to remove any trace of Sara's blood that was now upon her. She then concentrated on Deanna and waited for her to return home to see if she had kept an eye on Sara as instructed. I the wraith didn't know where the girl had gone, she would then attempt to summon her but that would only work if Sara trusted her as Enver did. With a nod to herself in the mirror, she resigned herself to the fact that she might not be making it to the Gauntlet that night if Sara could not be found, as she would have to hit the streets and try her luck the old fashioned way...with a door to door search.
