Small Tributes.

Seems vampires don't like garlic, so I've added it to my diet in preperation.
Nishaa said someone named Every made her a vampire.
That means the blond russian ***** is making an army.
Now I have to kill her to not only free Nishaa, but to free this Every woman too.
I'm only doing it to get Nishaa back. Then things can go back to normal.
If Every dies, who cares?
Means to an end.

I've decided to stop cooking with garlic and just take a pill every day. It's more efficent and I know that I'm getting enough garlic in my diet.
Interesting fact: Vampires have a strong aversion to silver. So I got some topical thing I rub on my neck each night before I go out.
The more I do, the safer I'll be.
I've got to run by the hardwood store.
A vampire dies when you "stake" them.
I found a few pictures of stakes online and I'm going to try to make my own.
Right in the heart. Then Nishaa can go back to being normal.
I'm worried about the tattoo lady. With vampires being made nightly by her, I'm concerned she'll become one of them.
If I knew where she lived, I would send her garlic and something silver.


Until then I'll keep getting names and stealing blood from vampires to get their powers.
I've read how fast and strong they are. And the things they can do with their mind to yours.
I know no regular human could kill the vampire "queen," and break the curse.
But a blood thief could.

I'm going to kill you.
A few nights in the hospital won't slow me down.
You should have had your army, your pack or your mob, whatever it is you call them, kill me.

The only good thing, and I say good sarcastically is that I've, been able to do some more reading on your types.
You can't go out in day time, some Asian mythos implies you can't cross running waters and some other culture states something about dirt in graveyards.
I fell asleep reading that one.
But know this; I'll be ready for you.

Tattoo Lady is a vampire too.
This only makes me want to end the curse that much quicker.

List of things to do:
Buy some holy water. Drink it for kicks. Couldn't hurt.
Keep feeding off the strange lady with a dad as a sire. Her powers seem the most useful so far.
It at least pisses vampires off, if anything.
Buy a sword that can behead a vampire. Bury said head. Burn the *****'s body.
Get tattoo lady and get the hell out of this crazy town. She can do her job anywhere. I can do my own job anywhere too.

I've come to learn that blond, Russian ***** isn't the first vampire.
Puts a small kink in to my plans.
But that doesn't mean I'm giving up. I've got a list of names that might contain the first vampire in it.

There are small fish in the sea, like this group that's always trying to kill me, but I'm not interested in them other than what they might be able to offer me in terms of using their blood to kill the first. I had thought one of them to be the first because some of them are pretty effective, but if someone really was the first, would they need an entire group to come at me? Maybe. Pawns and all that. But I'd think the first vampire could come at me by themselves.

Possible first vampires are as follows:
Keara-She speaks strangely and could be the first given our encounter. But she hasn't been aggressive yet, so I've got my doubts.
Suzette-She's come at me by herself a few times and has been effective. I'm watching this one.
Athena-It's an old name, but could just be an alias. I'll keep my eye on that one too for a while.
Wendigo-Strong, effective and has killed me a few times. But he's been with friends, so it's unlikely.
Micah-Same as above. I'll research how old the name Micah dates back to, as it seems too recent for the first vampire to have or use.
Velveteen-Maybe. She's missed me once or twice though on trying to kill me. But, I've got to remember that the first is supposed to be tricky and manipulative, so she could be the first and hiding the fact she is the first.
Phoenix-Same as Athena and Wendigo.

Anyways. I've found this place on my searching of the city. Got a wound in my gut because of it. I'll stay clear of there for a while, because of that and because of some other reason. Seems there is this tree house in the woods, or something like it. And on the main floor there is a camera EVERYWHERE.

Now, I've got a few skeletons and secrets in my closet, but I'm wondering what sort of secret this person has to have that many cameras all over the place. I'll be going back some time soon, mostly to appease my curiosity on the matter, but because this person is brilliant in the end of things. Minus the whole camera every few feet, because if a cop ever stumbled on that place, their suspicions would rise ten fold from 0-3 seconds. Give credit where it's due though. The woods is a perfect place to dump bodies. Lots of earth to bury things, or just let nature take its course and let a bear come and take care of what remains.

I'm going over my list over again now that I've researched some things.

Keara- Still a possibility. But she's not been aggressive at me, not that I've seen her since our first run in. I'll put her in the back of this list.
Suzette-French vampire. Need I say more?
Athena- Was told to keep my hands off this one, sounded a little territorial, so I'm guessing she's not so much the first as she is, a spawn of someone who might be the first.
Wendigo- Did some research on what a Wendigo actually is, and this guy has some problems. Why he'd pick an alias (I'm assuming it has to be an alias) of some creature that eats flesh is even a little sick for me. Anyways, my quick research shows that this "monster" came around in the 1900's. So he's not the guy I'm looking for.
Micah-My snooping around has proven me wrong. Micah, was a name of some profit around 800 or there about. The name is older than I expected, so he's put on top priority.
Velveteen-She's always with the guy above. Either she's the first vampire, or she's working for him. Velveteen stems from "Velvet" and was first noticed or used around the late 1300's. So, I'm thinking she's working for him.
Phoenix- I'm taking her off my list for now. She's tough, but I'm sure if she was the first, she would have told me the night she brought me pie and tried to threaten me.

Went back to that tree house place. Still nothing there that I can see. But there's got to be something there, so I'll keep digging.

In anticipation of me getting fired from the library, I've started bringing home books that I'll never return. I don't feel bad about it at all. I need these books, and I'm about to get fired. How do I know? My employer has made my pay stubs lighter time and time again. For a while, she even stopped paying me. The books make up for it.

I saw Nishaa and fed off her. I gave her back her blood, but that's something else I don't feel bad about. I'm not a man who is afraid to get my hands dirty to complete the bigger picture.

I've had a productive night. I killed a few people.
I had to make sure I still had it in me, since finding the first vampire has been a bust.
Or has it?
Tonight I went in the catacombs and saw a female vampire.
She was old, or should I say elderly?
I jumped on her and stole some of her blood.
In return, I've gotten more powers then I ever have before.
Is she the first vampire?

I had to see what her powers did.
In total, I've killed six cops with finesse and a blood thief.
Some people might think it's insane to kill someone who is just like you.
I didn't care.
It felt good to see the life leave his eyes as my sword stabbed him in his heart and ripped it out.
It felt right.

I'm tired of pretending to be some book nerd at the library.
I'm tired of pretending to be a regular human.
I'm tired of people living in the dark, or in their own ignorance.
No more.

I've decided that tree house and cave is mine.
I don't give a damn what Phoenix says. Or Micah.
Both provide me with elements that are good for hiding bodies or making sure they decompose at a slightly faster rate.

Dear Employer,

I stopped by on my day off to see if you were around but couldn't find you. I was wondering if you were unhappy with my services? I ask because I see a few times a month I'm not getting paid. Are there complaints? I know I'm not real talkative, but I do my job efficiently and effectively.
